YAPI is a Web-based system designed to improve patient care and productivity in all major specialties of dentistry and orthodontics. Founded in 2009, YAPI is an dental practice management system designed for use by both patients and staff.
The system includes paper-reducing features, such as built-in patient scheduling, and includes a digital imaging module. Patients can also fill out and electronically sign forms within the system. And the practice dashboard module facilitates office communication using real-time data.
The appointment-confirmation and recall module allows dentistry practices to schedule automated email, postcards, text and voice messages within the software. YAPI also has an automated system for collecting and pre-screening patient feedback, and facilitates posting genuine feedback to external review sites.
YAPI is designed for the iOS operating system and supports iPad integration in the U.S. and Canada.

No issues with either the product or the vendor. Some older patients get intimidated by the idea, but they have few issues working with it.
Fantastic way to have a paperless office. I love the fact that it replaces many other types of software and programs under one program.
