Blue Link is well suited for small to medium sized distributors in North America with company revenues of $1 million to $50 million, 6-100 employees, and a need for 6-50 concurrent users. The system is built on Windows as an integrated ERP, inventory management, and accounting software solution. This means the software is capable of handling the back-office needs as well as logistical and operational requirements.
Those who are best suited for Blue Link Elite software are companies that are looking for growth or seeking improvements to their “backend” operations. Highlights of the software includes the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates of their products important to those in the food/beverage service, pharmaceutical, chemicals, and medical and equipment supply industries.
Blue Link Elite has a strong accounting component that includes features for in-house payroll, multi-language, multi-location, and multi-currency functionalities. Standard accounting modules such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing and return merchandise authorization are also built into the software.
For tracking inventory, the software features core applications for order entry, purchasing and procurement, and inventory management. More advanced applications such as lot tracking and advanced landed cost allow for tighter inventory controls, tracking and traceability.
Blue Link allows companies the flexibility to choose between two deployment methods (on-premises and hosted/SaaS). Distributors have the ability to choose which deployment method best suits their business requirements. The hosted/SaaS deployment option is a monthly subscription whereas on-premises is an upfront investment.

BlueLink has become an absolute sanity saver for us. The ease of use of the system is crazy good! The modules that BlueLink can provide can help reduce anyone's workload. Its basic system is so complete that I am sure the average company will have no problem jumping at the chance to use it as soon as they realize how customer friendly it is (I am not being paid to say this-seriously-it is that good!!).
One of the key highlights of BlueLink is its reporting capabilities-this IS NOT a "beancounter only" system- it is the best of both worlds, from the CEO all the way down to the shipper/receiver. Bluelink really listened to what is needed out there and made a fantastic piece of distribution software that will make any bean counter smile from ear to ear, as well as the front line people who take customer orders and the purchaser who needs to buy the product. It is user friendly at ALL levels!!! That's something I have not seen in over 20 years of distribution.
To top all of that off, the customer support is unparalleled. Our old system took days and days to get any answer, and with BlueLink (time zone permitting) we get an answer that day or it is in our inbox the next morning. Mike and Gonzalo are great support and always have helped us proffessionaly with whatever we have needed!
Bottom line-BLUELINK is THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!!
