Subscribility is a Web-based distribution system designed specifically for winemakers, wineries and breweries who sell directly to consumers.
As a niche platform for wine and beer producers, Subscribility features standard distribution applications including front counter operations, inventory management, transportation management, customer relationship management (CRM) and order management. Users can manage subscriptions, analyze customer buying preferences and integrate the platform into their website. The system integrates with MailChimp, Xero, Google Drive and Campaign Monitor, among other platforms.
The platform also features mobile compatible apps for Android and iOS devices. As a Web-based system, Subscribility is operating system-agnostic and works with both Mac and Windows computers.
The system is available as a tiered monthly subscription based on the user’s application requirements. Subscribility offers phone and email support, in addition to a helpdesk, for users. Subscribility is available in North America, Australia and New Zealand.

I have heard in the industry that the blackbxx guys and also vin suite are both keeping an eye on this software. All I can say is they should be scared! This is by far the cheapest and also best suited platform.
We've been using Subscribility for over 6 months now and our members love it, we love it! They have understood how wine clubs actually run and don't try to run things for you.
The software is perfect for keeping track of members, their details, and their purchases and everything else is achieved via connected software, like wordpress, xero and mailchimp. Clever business.
The folks at Subscribility also listen to what we have to say, and within weeks, sometimes within days, we get notification that the new features were implemented. This is just brilliant.

We have reviewed and tested so many software solution and Subscribility is the only one putting customers as a centerpiece, with online transaction, clubs and membership, cellar door and wine show apps revolving around customers. In other words, this is not a CRM adapted to wineries, or eCommerce tailored to sell wine, it's a customer intelligence tool, with membership tracking capabilities.
Plus the guys behind it are tech-savvy folks, really listening to what I had to say and improvements were released within 2 weeks. Finally an intelligent bunch not pretending they know best!
