SigningHub is a cloud-based and on-premise electronic signature platform for SMBs and large enterprises. The solution can be accessed on mobile devices through applications available for Android and iOS devices. SigningHub enables users to upload documents in multiple formats and add in details for all signers. Document creators can use the system's built-in templates or create their own template for recurring use. They can also choose the position of the signing box and embed it in documents in order to capture e-signatures. Signing order can also be set by the senders and users will receive notifications when their turn for document signing arrives. Best Digital Signing Solution there is.

Its a complete solution for digital signature. They do have front end and backend solution that are easy to deploy and easy to use.

PROS

Softwares are always updated with better features and functionality/interoperability.

Ease of use, document authenticity and process automation...

Before using SigningHub, we had a process where critical documents has to go manually through multiple stages of approval. It takes longer to accomplish the task, and eventually slow down the whole operation. Thanks to SigningHub, which help us to automate whole process. SigningHub not minimizes complete operation time but also it ensures authenticity of the document.

PROS

Fairly easy to use, it allows multiple documents and workflow possibilities.

The best signing workflow solution!

Easy to use, Friendly, Secure and single page solution. I evaluate nearly all signing workflow providing solutions but find Signing hub as a problem solver of complex business workflows. its mobile apps are very simple and easy to use.

PROS

Workflow creation, signature templates, document library, integration with share-point, long term signature and login using IDG Mobile Smart Credentials.

CONS

Slow in new releases, no support office in Australia.
