For the most part the people we have dealt with have tried to be accommodating. Unfortunately the software has many bugs and limitations.

Likes Least

The flexibility of the system. Reporting, Bank Reconciliations, Accounting functions in general... very buggy

Recommendations

If you are looking for software for manufacturing I would suggest you look elsewhere. I don't know how it works for other industries, but for Manufacturing and basic Accounting functions and reporting capabilities it is extremely lacking.

The depth and detail of the platform is fairly complex but incredible. The only way we would have ever been able to understand and engage the software was through our implementation experts support.

Likes Least

The software still needs customization in several areas and definitely needs payment integrations.

Recommendations

As difficult as software evaluation can be, try to see this solution as both an accounting tool as well as inventory control as well as customer management. I've never seen all three at the same time.

Our company is unique in the fact that we do not have a tangible item to sale; we are more of a professional service firm. Therefore, it was imperative that the sales person listened to our needs to present the best features of the product. Aplicor listened to our needs and took the time to learn our business.
