Repsly is a cloud-based field service software solution designed for mobile sales teams. It is suitable for small to medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries.

In Repsly, users can track representatives’ locations and mileage in real-time. In the dashboard, users can see everything going on with reps and customers at a glance. Representatives can upload photos to be stored in the system, and team members can communicate with each other.

Repsly has a customer database where users can organize clients based on their different needs. Users can also customize client fields so that all the data they collect on clients is relevant.

Repsly also offers a variety of forms, audits and purchase orders. Users can see in real-time which of these forms representatives are completing in the field.

Users can manage representatives’ schedules in the system. They can see representatives’ calendars and add or edit appointments. Representatives can log time, and managers can review reports on logged time. Representatives can also gather electronic signatures from customers in the field and create work orders.

Repsly is priced per rep, either monthly or annually. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS.

I like that you can create custom fields in the app.

Likes Least

The cost per representative is far more than we can afford, so we have to do all our rep work off one rep.

Recommendations

I wish the cost per rep was lower. If so, we would be able to share more information within the app.

The solution - it's the exactly we needed all time before.

Likes Least

Sometimes it still has bugs, can't connect to server, but I hope the vendor will make their best to solving this.

Recommendations

Try the trial, make it best you can of it and then decide - we did this, we liked the solution for our Field Sales managers in the region, all information is easily accessed, no problems to make reports. All in all - choose your plan in the end and GO!
