In ArcFleet, users can track aspects of their businesses such as initial lead tracking, creating load orders, trip reports and driver settlements. This solution also integrates with accounting software, including QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, Sage 50 and ACCPAC.
ArcFleet can automatically calculate commissions for sales staff, and it has sales reporting tools to track sales staff performance. It also includes driver profiles, and can track when drivers need to renew their licenses or have physicals.
This system includes inventory and maintenance tracking and scheduling. Its dispatching module can schedule multiple pick-ups and drop-offs including city, line-haul and remote picks and drops. Users can save maps and driving directions and track loads from within the system.
ArcFleet is priced either per user per month or on a perpetual license basis. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS.
