FieldSync Health is a home health care solution that documents patient care and manages staff activities for clients, including home health agencies and therapy providers. Users can enter a daily task list with each patient’s medical needs. Instructions can be entered in individual tasks and caregivers are able to leave electronic signatures once those tasks are completed. FieldSync Health can store vital signs information as well as track activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing and walking.
