Included in Footprints' billing and accounting capabilities is UB-04 and HCFA 1500 support, claim scrubbing, electronic remittance and more. The billing dashboard posts alerts that notify users of important tasks and any changes that will affect billing. It also contains a pre-billing audit that validates claims before sending them, ensuring that each claim has all of the requisite accurate data.

We use this product daily to initiate work orders that are dispatched to maintenance staff throughout the day.
The interface is easy to use
There are too many fields to fill out; it is not intuitive to set up the parameters.
The software is only compatible with MS Outlook
Yearly maintenance fee is very costly
For our purposes performing PM and managing work orders there are other programs that are better suited. We currently use software that is less costly and better designed.

The ability to integrate external solutions and dash boards are limited.
Definitely consider FootPrints as an option. Other solutions will disappoint.

I like the way that the EMR is designed to be specific to your needs and the way you as the user want it. Very easy to use and designed around the clinical approach for ease of documentation. Customer specific and friendly employees. Designed with the clinician in mind, regardless of discipline
Cant think of anything but if i had to like something least, it would be that the use of ease on mobile device to be more of an option.
