This software’s point-of-care application allows users to access electronic medical records offline. Mobile clinicians can document patient visit information via an online portal or a downloadable offline program. This information includes full wound care assessments, diagnoses, plans of care and more. Electronic signatures can also be captured in this system.
Human resources modules help digitize the applicant tracking process, and the success of an agency’s recruiting efforts can be evaluated by cost and campaign type. Online applications for employment are automatically entered into the system, eliminating duplicate data entry. Administrators can monitor applicant interview dates, keep a list of the licenses they hold, note their pay rates and more.
HealthTrust Software’s Home Care includes a free physician portal. It also has an internal messaging system that allows agency staff to contact physicians.
