My agency has been using OMS2 since 2005! The program is very easy to learn and has all the functions that other home health software vendors have but at a lower cost. The most important reason I am committed to OMS2 is when I call, I get a person to discuss my issues and those issues are addressed asap! You have one program that handles all your home health needs, which includes accounting, submitting Oasis, and submitting CAHPS. I also love the feature of storing our agency's information on their server; in my area where we have hurricanes, I have no worries that my information is safe and secure. Another great feature is when I do get a vacation, I can access OMS2 anywhere 24/7 and if I want to add a feature, Bruce can get it done! Most home health agencies are having to expand their services to include private insurance, Medicare Advantage, HMO's, PPO's; OMS2 can submit those claims. As most of you know that are billers, if you don't have that claim perfect, it will be rejected thus holding up your money. With OMS2 those problems that lead to rejection are caught, the software then immediately contacts the agency to correct the claim and let them know what is wrong with it! I am so satisfied with the choice I made eight years ago and would never use anything other than OMS2! Seasons of Care Health Services is a Medicare certified home health care company in Middleburg Heights Ohio (Cleveland Ohio area). We are a small privately owned company that serves Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DODD, and Private Pay clients in 4 counties. OMS2 has been the only software we have used since we began in 2003. Because the company is small, other software options were much too expensive and complex for our needs. One significant benefit to OMS2 is that we can call and talk with the owner directly and get our questions answered. We don't have to go through several voice prompts only to get soneome who cannot answer your question. We did not receive any training on site when we started 10 years ago. Instead we received a training manual and were able to call with questions. The only suggestion would be that it could be helpful to some smaller companies if their was an initial training session on site (or even a webinar). OMS2 has made many improvements and upgrades to their software as they try to accommodate the requests of their customers when possible. Overall, we have been pleased with the software and plan to continue to use it.

We are a Medicare Home Care agency in Florida and have been doing home care services for over 17 years. We have been using PRN Plus for over 7 years and have found it to be quite suitable for our needs in running a Medicare HHA. I have found that the customer service is excellent and whenever we needed a new form developed for our needs, they responded quickly in customizing the form to conform to our needs. Not many software vendors would do customization and not charge for this service. I would recommend this software to any HHA that would like the ease and user friendly software to operate your agency within the ever changing regulatory needs we continue to undergo.

We found the software to be very easy to learn and use for all our Medicare required needs such as the 485, PPS Grouper, Raps, and Final billings, etc. Being connected to OMS2 servers has also made our patient information safe and secure. We are always just a phone call or email away from answers to questions when they arise, and the program is always updated when Medicare makes any changes. The customer support is very personal and informative. We are very satisfied with OMS2 Software and would highly recommend it to even our competitors! All the features, such as the reports, are so helpful throughout the yearly process of doing business as a Home Health Care Agency. The billing features allow you to bill all insurances electronically which is also cost efficient. There is not a feature in the sofware that we don't use, making it very valuable to our business and the price is right! The staff at OMS2 worked then and continue to work to anticipate and help all providers. My agency got paid on day one of PPS and contiues to get paid, even with the ever changing demands on the software providers by Medicare. This can not truthfully be said by all the large software companies. I have had excellent customer support and have recommended this software to numerous other providers. The cost of using OMS2 is very affordable whether you are starting out or an established company. I believe you get good value when the product exceeds the expectations. OMS2 has always exceded my expectations since day one. I am so satisfied with OMS2 that I wil not use any other software for my business and I have been offered many times over the past 13 years. Updates are provided timely to keep us in compliance with billing changes. If there is anytime we need a special report or have a question, we just call Bruce and it's taken care of.
