HomeSolutions.NET Software

HomeSolutions.NET is an electronic medical records (EMR) software solution for home health agencies. This system includes clinical, billing, scheduling, accounting and human resources applications.

Vendor Sansio allows mobile clinicians to collect patient data in a variety of ways. Mobile devices are supported, including laptops and tablets, for field staff to enter data regardless of whether the device is online or offline. Patient charts are securely stored in the system’s cloud and accessible from any location.

If clinicians prefer scanning their patient visit notes into the system, they can do so while using HomeSolutions.NET’s “data validator” tool to check for potential data entry errors. Finally, agencies seeking telephony integration can use this system to call into a designated toll-free number, and record their visit by answering a series of prompts using the phone’s touch-tone keypad.

A number of modules to automate financial processes are also included, such as automated claims processing and accounts receivable management.

Easy to navigate. It was easy to learn the computer part of the system.

Did not make updated changes. There were so many things that we were redundant, that could have been changed. We recommended a few simple changes and were told that it was not feasible to do those changes.

We tried to suggest recommendations to make the program a little more user friendly, but we would always get the response that it is not possible.
