I like how TheraTracker is very simple to learn and use, and TheraTracker is a very reasonable cost. I have been using the software for about a month now and I haven't had any problems or difficulties. Really like how you are able to make time sheets for your therapist and how the invoices lock in your visit rates, so you don't have to always type in the rates, Also I have never had a problem getting a hold of customer support and there always helpful. The best thing about TheraTracker is they give you the time to get comfortable and transfer your patients/employees/therapist/Doctors before they charge you your monthly bill.
What I like least about TheraTracker is sometimes the page takes to long to load, and some process takes to many times with loading, and the print out for a patient face sheet is way to small, Also if you set up your own therapy notes TheraTracker will not keep track of your visits.
If you have found yourself having trouble with getting a hold of customer support with software's you have used before you will not have to worry about getting a hold of any one with TheraTracker, If you don't get a response the first time you will definitely here back from someone by the end of the day,So far TheraTracker customer support has always been available and very helpful The software I used before would sometimes take days to get back to me.

TheraTracker has been great software, allowing us to collaborate all of our contracts under one system. There's no need for our therapist to try and remember what company uses what software, as everything is right here. The software is clean and simple, with the opportunity to expand when needed. The follow up with questions and help with building my company. The ability to invoice and do payroll at the same time. Not charging or paying for services not completed.
Difficulty connecting to the system at times and needing internet to use the system. Also, the print option can be tricky to use.

My husband and I own a business contracting with Home Health agencies to provide PT, OT, and Speech therapy services. We have about 15 PRN therapists working for us now who are all paid by the visit. It was crucial to our business to find a software that we could use to manage therapists' schedules and for our therapists to create electronic documentation. These were the primary goals, and when one of our therapists recommended Theratracker, we checked it out and signed up immediately.
This was the only Web-based software we found that was created for companies like ours. It not only allowed me (as the administrator) to schedule and track multiple discipline therapists' visits (including the 13th/19th visit reassessments), allows therapists to easily complete electronic documentation, and see at a glance what visits they have that week and day, but also is a tool to manage our payroll and invoices.
On the administrator side, using Theratracker turned a process that takes me several days (payroll and invoices) into running a simple report and generating an invoice. It is literally that easy. As the person who handles payroll, invoicing, and scheduling the patient visits, I can't stress enough how easy this software has made this part of my job, and how much time it has saved me. It also helps me sleep better at night knowing that I am not paying therapists for the same visit multiple times, and that we aren't forgetting to invoice for a visit. Once I run the payroll report, and click "Approve", all of the visits are then marked as "Paid" and don't show up the next time I run the payroll report. Also, same thing the with the invoice. I can select the timeframe and company that I want to invoice. The software generates the invoice for me based on the visits with completed notes. Once I have selected "Generate Invoice", those visits won't show up again in my invoice report.
Our therapists love that they don't have to worry about tracking the 13th/19th visits, and that they can just log in and view their dashboard to see what is on their schedule for the week, and enjoy the ease of completing documentation. It is very intuitive and easy for therapists to complete documentation. Our therapists have required almost no training (and some of them are very un-tech savvy) in order to get up and running doing their notes.
On the support side, I can't stress enough how awesome Paul, the owner, is. We have had a few things come up here and there that we felt could be improved. If he agreed with us that the recommended behavior would enhance the functionality of the software, he had it fixed. I have never worked with a piece of software where the owner talks with customers about how the software can be improved, and and where the owner was so responsive and open to improving the software based on customer feedback.
If you are a home health therapy staffing company, this software, I guarantee you, will make your job so much easier. Your business will run more smoothly, and will allow you to focus on other areas of growth. Also, makes your therapists lives easier since they can focus on patient care.

We have a Home Health Therapy Company that has been in business for about a year and half now. When we first started our business, we were using our own paperwork that seemed to work great in the beginning. Teamwork Therapy is a therapy staffing agency for home health agencies. Our documentation was previously on paper. It was a slow process getting the paperwork in the mail from the therapist, processing it in the office, then back in the mail to each home health agency. It seems like we were constantly saying or hearing "it's in the mail". We were approached by Paul of TheraTracker to see a demo of this on-line documentation system. It was a no-brainer. Easy to get started, easy to teach the therapist - typically with a brief email "how to" and maybe a question or two along the way. The home health agencies seem to really like it because they have real time access to the notes on their end. No more waiting on the mail! Paul has been very helpful with any questions we may have.
