I have used LMS for many years. I find the platform to be very stable. Agilysys is always making improvements on the system and are open to suggestions from users. There are many ways to set up the system so it works for your business. It integrates well with our financial system and it produces our daily entry automatically which saves times and reduces data input errors.
The platform is very stable and does not "crash" often like other systems I have worked with. New security features that allow you to lock down access by different job levels is nice.
More reports need to be available in Excel or in a exportable friendly format. The database data also needs to be available in a list format so it is easier to export and maintain.
Take advantage of the training available for all levels of the organization. The more the users understand the system, the less errors and headaches later. Operations, IT and Finance need to be involved in the set up so everyone is able to obtain the results and reports they need.
