Hotelogix by HMS InfoTech is a hotel management solution for small or medium-sized hospitality businesses. This cloud-based solution was developed with growing independent hotels, inns, lodges, resorts, and other property types in mind. Hotelogix encompasses a wide range of applications such as frontdesk operations, Point of Sale, housekeeping, and more.
At the core of the system is a Property Management System (PMS) that supports not only multiple properties but also multiple currencies. From this hub users can then access the other modules: reservations, MIS or dining services, and even the hotel website, all from a single platform.

Product sounds like a good concept if it is set up correctly and hopefully if support team thrives to make a smooth transition
Being a brand new hotelier, in order for smooth operation and expand our channels we decided to sign up for Hotelogix PMS and channel manager who assured for a Hassel free property management and no double bookings. However on day 2 of our channel live integration we faced 9 reservation/15 rooms double bookings in the peak season. Hotelogix clearly did not accept any responsibility and we were left on our own to deal with re-locating the guests and a huge cost being peak season. There was no level of professionalism from any of the support staff including the Vice President of the company. Our training was incomplete and many critical features unknown. Before live integration support team did not make any checks to see if critical data has been inputted and a proper setup made, hence the double bookings and lot of stress. We terminated Hotelogix immediately to avoid any further damage.
If you are a new hotelier and this is your first PMS/ Channel Manager then be extremely careful before the live integration is done

Before Hotelogix we depended on a spreadsheet program and that was a nightmare. Rooms were constantly getting double booked or underbooked and we were losing money. Hotelogix has made operating our 23 room hotel such a breeze. No more double bookings! It helps us keep track of the housekeeping and it gives us the ability to make properly formatted customer invoices. I love how we can easily keep track of data for our repeat customers. Taking reservations and sending email confirmations all just a few clicks of the mouse. The user interface is so simple almost anybody that uses a computer could operate it.

We have been with Hotelogix for 1 year now. The program is easy to use and never has any down time. As an online system, it is available anywhere - even on iPad and iPhone. This also helps greatly if you are in an underdeveloped country where sometimes power failure can be an issue.
The set up was easy and staff of hotelogix very helpful. Customer support is great, and emails are answered in a speedy manner. I also like the constant updating and new features Hotelogix develops. In my opinion, one feature that would be a nice addition is a color difference for "paid rooms". I am sure Hotelogix will implement that feature shortly.

Hotelogix has truly helped our organization thrive in our Property Management area. We had tried many different ways of organizing our rooms and reservations, but it just became too much of a hassle. We decided to just go with an online software, and Hotelogix is what we chose.
We have been very pleased with this choice, and will continue to use their services until we feel we no longer need them or until Hotelogix becomes something that we can no longer justify the usefulness of. Thankfully, Hotelogix is easy to use, and very simple to integrate into our organization's functions. My staff find it very useful, and also find it quite easy to use.
If there was anything I wish I could change, it would be that when I request a function on Hotelogix it would be added quickly or at all. I feel that most of my requests on the customer service side have gone by without being resolved. Besides that, the past 2 years of using Hotelogix has been great, and the new improvements keep rolling out making it even better!
