Innkey PMS Software


 

InnKey PMS is a cloud-based hotel property management system developed by InnKey Infosystems, created with the needs of small to midsized hospitality companies in mind, such as independent hotels, hotel chains, resorts, inns, lodges or bed and breakfasts. The system can manage multiple properties with a single login, and data can be consolidated by region, concept or brand.

The reservation chart shows bookings with guest names, which are color-coded to denote a confirmed booking, bookings on hold, wait-listed reservations and new requests. The occupancy percentage, average room rates and group reservations are also visible from this screen.

The housekeeping module helps keep employees informed of each room’s status and manages laundry and maintenance materials. Finances are handled with an accounts receivable feature that updates with new transactions from the front desk, restaurant or retail POS locations. Another module provides food and beverage costing and overall cost of operations to identify places to maximize revenue.

The most? It's so hard to tell since all the features are so good. You can feel the philosophy and every feature really "make sense". Since they know and have lots of experience in this industry, often what seemed to us unnecessary or inconvenient turn out to be necessary and as convenient as we use further.
Well, what we like the most about this system is that we can feel the presence of Innkey staff behind the system.

Pros

This software is really the best, only as any other software you do need to work with it, set it up as per your exact needs and use all the functions that are available and handed to you on a silver plate so to speak. As the system does not know what the best is, this part of the set up system is up to you to take care of. But its all there, and their customer service team will advise the best paths to take.

I have been working in different hotels with different software and I think Innkey is one of the most «friendly» one I have been working with. It's easy to use, you can do a lot of tasks with it. I am using Innkeypms since last 5 years, it is single solution for entire hotel operation right from reservation, front desk, point of sale, stores and inventory, housekeeping, maintainable and even integrated financial accounting. Very few software has all the modules on cloud, it is very important for a hotelier to have single software across departments which can talk to each other. Most important is support is excellent, relative and more importantly it is very effective. They also support OTA interface as well as online booking from hotel website.

Our reservations, reception and housekeeping staff loved it, as it is so efficient and easy to learn, and the system itself protects them from making mistakes.
As General Manager of this property, being able to access everything and anything we wanted while on the move - or from our head office, like reporting, financial, statistics, this system has given us real time full control.
Finally, I must mention the exemplary support service that they provide, as their respond was immediate in the few times that we had to ask for clarifications.
Highly recommendable, worth checking out before making a decision

From setting up our property in the cloud of InnkeyPMS to operating our hotel, it has been too good to be true all the way.
Looking back to our first season of using this PMS, it has been a really successful switch from our previous locally installed Hotel PMS software.
Complex allotment contracts with Tour Operators, demanding invoicing with different Tax rules, and high occupancy levels.

From important statistics to complex master setups all are just a few clicks away. This combined with extensive training and on-boarding process helps you get the best out of the software. We were using some local software earlier, but after we move to InnkeyPMS, we are absolutely happy, I strongly recommend you.

Pros

One of the most important challenge we faced before was of not being able to keep track of all the customers that had visited us and thus weren’t able to entice them to visit us again. But with InnkeyPMS we overcame this and more. A full fledged CRM was just what we needed. Now we able to track our customers across our different hotels and market them with customized offers right from here. This has been a major boost for us in terms of our revenue and we can’t thank guys over at InnkeyPMS enough for that.

We have been using InnkeyPMS since last 4 years now and we can say that it entrenches to almost all of our complex packages. From rates and discounts to cancellation policies and extra services, we say it and InnkeyPMS has the package ready. Pros

InnkeyPMS with its intuitive user interface has enabled me to stay on top of the most important statistics about the hotel. Combine this with its brilliant mobile alert app I am informed on the go about the key statistics and stuff happening at the hotel. The only con I can think of is having a better documentation of the vast number of features present so that we can leverage the maximum out of it.

I and my staff appreciate that it is a cloud based system. We have been able to check guests in not only at reception, but in their rooms, in our garden or cafe. It gives a great first impression which we all know to be a crucial touch point at any hotel.

Pros

I have been using Innkey for approximately 1 year after switching from another. I was amazed at how fast my staff was able to train on the system. Within 1 day training they were able to perform all necessary front office functions. The system is also great for back office as well. Accounting software integrated smoothly as well as channel management functionality.
