Hotello by Mingus Software is a property management system that can assist hospitality organizations in five key areas: front office, accounting, marketing, daily management and operations. Front office features include reservations management and an availability chart to quickly identify vacancies in real-time. To help keep track of daily duties, Hotello includes an integrated agenda with calendar notes and events, and an in-house email system that allows for communication between employees.
Accounting features help manage transactions and taxes, and the system keeps a history of transactions and other financial data that can be used to create standard or customized reports from hundreds of possible graphical and numerical configurations. Report examples include a daily manager’s report, average daily rate reports and revPAR (revenue per available room) reports.
Hotello also offers additional functionality options, such as cloud data storage, a manager to configure special packages, a hall and event manager, online reservations and Web distribution interface.
