Mirage is a complete hotel management solution that suits both small boutique inns and large hotel chains. Its proprietary room reservation, point-of-sale, call accounting and yield management systems are integrated with front office systems.

Mirage’s room reservation system provides online booking based on real-time inventory and rates. It also sends out immediate confirmation emails following a booking. Mirage’s built-in yield management system helps users price rooms based on availability.

Mirage features its own integrated POS system for food and beverage sales. It also offers a call accounting system for billing guests simply and appropriately for phone calls they make. As a total solution,

Mirage additionally offers Expedia connectivity, a global distribution system and the ability to interface with any device.

Mirage offers 24/7 direct phone support and on-site installation and training. It is available on either a tiered monthly subscription basis or as a one-time license purchase priced per room.

Owner availability, can do attitude, ability to figure out complex issues in elegant, simple ways. Always able to find a workaround, or problem solve. Definitely a wildly functional PMS, without needless bells and whistles to make it more expensive. Trust, in a word, and the booking engine that is commission free! Server based, because the cloud has too many security and uptime issues, and you can virtualize any server to be its own cloud... hotels should own their assets, and with these guys, you do.. but you can still access it from anywhere, while it lives at the property. Also, their ability to customize reporting, and to deal with modern interfacing, is unparalled, and they don't pass the cost on to the customer. It's so rare to enjoy working with a tech company... these guys are consummate professionals.

I don't have any comments about it, frankly. I sat here for 5 minutes trying to make something up, or really perceive a problem. But they are truly wonderful.

Recommendations

We're getting fleeced by other PMS and booking engines.... needlessly bloated to pad the tech companies pockets, without true hotelier design. They're not answering questions no one is asking... they are delivering the most precise, simple but effective, and enjoyable to use approach for PMS in this industry. I wish I could review them other places.... and the $$$$ saved on booking commissions is almost too good to be true, but it's REAL. It makes me disappointed when I have to work with another PMS.

I love the simplicity and ease of intuitiveness of the system and Mirage customer service is outstanding.

Incredible call back time. Great Support 24/7 365 and the fact that the vendor is extremely quick when resolving your issue usually within the same call. Used other PMS systems in the past and none are as user friendly as this software.
