About RezEasy

RezEasy Cloud PMS by Hallisoft is a cloud-based property management solution designed for independent hotels, small hotel chains, condo hotels, motels and resorts. It offers core hotel management front and back office features, housekeeping management as well as retail and restaurant point-of-sale functionality. Users can manage reservations, add meals, view extra charges and save guest details. Room availability is shown when searching by room type or number, along with status codes to denote if a room is vacant, occupied, arriving, departing or allocated. It also allows hotel managers to control the access rights and send reservation confirmation email to guests. There is no better solution!

Pros: This software is perfect for anyone and everyone in the Hospitality Property Management Business. With the awesome tools provided it's a breeze to install and link to your gateway. It impresses our guests with ease of use and accuracy resulting in total confidence on out part and that of our guests! Installed this in 2007, updated in 2009, and have lived my life stress free since. If a glitch occurs due to a change in the gateway, etc., Hallisoft Support is always there and their charges for required modification is always extremely reasonable and the result is perfection! Have never experienced a glitch in the software. Cons: I'm thinking, ok? Nope, no cons.

Good program and excellent support

PROS

Plenty of features and sensibly priced. The ability to purchase a license outright without monthly subscription is especially attractive.

CONS

For us a few too many features so it takes a little time to get used to using the program. So we had to make use of the excellent user manual on quite a few occassions. After a couple of weeks it becomes second nature and has been plain saling ever since.

Software & support: great combination

Nothing beats the purchase price of this software for what you get: a full operational booking system. We encountered some 'problems' but it has more to do with the fact it's installed on a windows machine (instead of our standard and regular Linux / MacOSX systems) but again: all issues are fast , professional solved by Hallisoft supportdesk.

PROS

comparing prices for similar software: RezEasy is very cheap; it does everything you may expect of a online booking system; outstanding support!

CONS

just "pre-fab web software" experience isn't enough to set this up (but the support by Hallisoft turns this con into a pro); You need a windows system for installing this (even if you just need the online booking function, like we did);

Great service and great value software

Great value, and highly recommended.

PROS

I found this software after much research and comparing with other similar software. Excellent after sales service, even after the 1 year of free service is up. Comprehensive software, once set up easy to use. Fulfills most of our needs.

CONS

Little bit inflexible with optional extras-would be good to let customer choose the actual number of a particular add on item that they want.
