36 Dollar 360 is a cloud-based 360 degree assessment solution offered by SVI LLC. The solution allows users to customize, launch and complete feedback processes. It offers built-in competency models and allows managers to create customized competencies for employees.

36 Dollar 360 has various features including a project dashboard, a drag-and-drop interface, data import and export, email reminders, access control and results summarization. To enter the details of a large group of participants for 360 degree assessment, the solution allows managers to upload Excel spreadsheets with employee information.

The solution can provide a compliance snapshot for all individuals to see who has filled out the assessment form. Email reminders can be sent via the project dashboard to all employees who have not completed the assessment. Final feedback can be downloaded in the form of a report which displays strengths and focus areas.

Qualtrics 360 provides well-rounded employee feedback so you can gain a more accurate and objective view of every employee's skills and performance

Cons

The only Cons I have are around the lack of bench-marking data and action planning suggestions in the report. However, for the money spent, the value is unmatched!

The functions of 36 Dollar 360 has full functionality. It is a little technical when you first start but customer support is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to walk me through all the functions.

Cons

A little technical and confusing at first, but customer support was very helpful and once I was shown how to navigate the system it was easier to understand and use.

What a great way to keep track of sales! All of your employees are listed right there with their sales volumes, very great way to see this if you are a visual person.

I've used a variety of 360 assessments over the years. The Pros: The 36 Dollar 360 is really easy to use and their customer service is impeccable. When I have a question they're accessible and knowledgeable about my question. I find their system user friendly and intuitive as I navigate through the various stages of set-up. And, they listen when I have ideas to share to make their system even better. The only Cons I have are around the lack of bench-marking data and action planning suggestions in the report. However, for the money spent, the value is unmatched!
