Attendance on Demand Software

Attendance On Demand is an on-premise or Web-based time and attendance software solution that helps schedule and track employees for small to midsize businesses located in the United States or Canada.

Attendance On Demand is fully configurable to coordinate with your company's existing human resources (HR) and payroll system. The software integrates with popular payroll and HR services and software, or can be customized to fit your in-house accounting or payroll system.

Personalized dashboards allow supervisors and payroll managers to see any time and attendance issues that may arise at a glance. The software is compatible with a variety of time clocks, including PIN number clocks, bar code cards, proximity cards, biometric hand scanners and mobile devices. It also works with stand-alone mechanical clocks with paper punch cards.

Attendance On Demand is fully customizable to accommodate a company’s policies, and pricing is on a per-employee, per-month basis.

Likes Best

It's fairly inexpensive and is a web based time card solution ideal for small business that have employees spread out geographically. The set up and administration is fairly simple.

Likes Least

The user interface is terribly intuitive and the way the calendar feature works for finding dates for requesting vacation and sick pay is weird, but once you understand it, it isn't hard.

Recommendations

As with anything, do your research and ask for a free trial that you can play with. This one has some quirks but it does the job.
