I like when I train anyone on the system, they immediately get it. The hiring system is really easy to use as well. We usually get some good candidates from the postings. There are also many ways to communicate through Bamboo which makes it easy for HR to get messages out to the company. #### Cons I know that they are recently making some changes, but I do not like how it is not as customizable friendly as I would hope. For instance. We wanted to change our performance review dates, but the system does not allow that. It only goes by hire date. From the simple things HR needs to Benefit Admin and Employee Well-being. #### Cons The support that we get from the payroll side can be a bit frustrating at times. However, they are always open to feedback and are constantly making developments to address these issues. For our small organization, the price was within our budget and checked off all of my 'wish list' items when comparing to larger systems. I especially love having our HRIS, applicant tracking/hiring, time tracking, and payroll combined into one system making my life a bit easier. Customer service is also great, anytime I've had to reach out, I get friendly and informative communication in an acceptable amount of time. #### Cons My least favorite thing about BambooHR is the Training platform. It leaves alot to desire in terms of how I can implement, assign, and track training. #### Reasons for choosing BambooHR BambooHR had the best price point with all of the features that I was looking for, and without locking into a contract. #### Reasons for switching to BambooHR We had very minimal features with Heartland, and at the time were only using them for Payroll processing. Everything else was done on pen and paper at the time.
