We used a software that did not offer any personal support. We had to open a ticket every time we had a question. Now that we use Empower, we simply pick up the phone and we have someone right there who can walk us through any issues we might have. The reporting capability is amazing. We couldn't be happier.

When you look at other options, make sure you really evaluate Empower. They can do everything the others can and at a much more reasonable price.

As our company made the transition to ECI just a few years ago, I cannot say enough about the support I received through the transition as well as day to day support. Never am I made to feel as if a question, problem, or concern is silly or unwarranted -- all support staff is more than willing to walk be through any situation to its resolve. The best!!!!!
I really cannot think of anything I like the least -- maybe as simple as wishing the system didn't time me out so quickly, but really not a negative thing to say.
Once you have evaluated if the product will adequately support your needs, I would say to look for knowledgeable support staff.

ECI's reporting capabilities allowed me the flexibility to create on demand reports from various fields to support our operational needs. The standard reports offered by ECI Empower exceeded our expectations.
Empower's recruiting feature was a bit more difficult to administer. The module did not flow continuously, which meant having to go back and forth through different screens.
I would recommend comparing Empower's reporting features as many companies offer solutions that manage and track data but it is quite difficult to retrieve.
