Front Rush Software


 

Front Rush is a recruiting platform built specifically for college athletic departments to manage their prospects; from recruits to roster to alumni. Featuring customized layouts and the ability to add any recruit from third-party recruiting sites, Front Rush is completely NCAA- and NAIA-compliant.

Front Rush tracks all communications with recruits, with the ability to add notes or share communications with other staff members. Documents can be sent to anyone to be filled out and stored directly within the platform, and an athlete portal allows recruit to fill out and submit onboarding forms. Users can track recruiting efforts in a shared calendar, and use the task manager function to delegate duties and assign follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.

In addition to being compliant-certified, Front Rush also offers a separate compliance officer login that shows all coach-recruit interactions and can send alerts for any potential violations.

Cost effective and it's ease of use. I have been working and familiar with FR contact management solution for six years now and still very impressed.

Not able to print the notes. I want to be able to print the notes out not in Excel format or Report format fashion.
