That they have improved the product considerably, on an ongoing basis, over the last 2 years, which means they will continue to improve it as things change going forward.
That I was sold on it being an "all-inclusive" product 2 years ago, when it was not. It was a product that had integrated several partner products into one, which always means glitches and problems as information is translated from one system to another. Now they have changed that, but am now even more skeptical of what the sales folks tell me than before, unfortunately.
The value for this product is phenomenal. In other words, what I'm getting for what I pay is above and beyond any product I've looked at. I have found that there is no "perfect" product out there, that has absolutely everything I want, and the way I want it, so why pay thousands of dollars for something I'm not 100% happy with, when I can pay hundreds for something I'm VERY satisfied with. What makes this product all that more valuable is the customer service team. Instead of them asking me to do everything, and pushing back, they have gone above and beyond to not only help me understand the product better, but also will help me out in a pinch in actually getting things done. For me, and what I'm looking for in an HRIS/HRMS, it is WELL worth both the set up fees, and ongoing fees. It makes sense to me, AND they don't come back and nickel and dime me to death, adding on costs for either reports, or processing something, at a later date. HOPEFULLY that doesn't change!!

Ease of use, fairly straight forward on-line interface and variety of services options.
They used to assign a "Client Account Manager" that we could email or call any time we needed help. They no longer have one representative for us but a team of customer service agents.
It really depends on your specific company needsäóîbut decide if you want a "personal company representative" or if a team of service agents will work for you.

I love the intuitive flow of the software, especially between different modules (TimeForce, Payroll, HR, etc.). I also love their reporting tool. It is one of the most robust and dynamic reporting tools I have experienced with hr/payroll needs. I also love their pricing model. When comparing to other vendors, I found that iSolved was the best to accommodate for economies of scale at reasonable prices.
I wish the payroll module had better integration options with accounting software. Currently it involves exporting a built report that is formatted in a CSV file to import into QuickBooks.
I highly recommend you take the time to walk through several demos to see how their software works. The system is built to handle some robust needs, and it can be overwhelming if you don't understand the purpose of different modules. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable with what they are doing.

I like that I can manually enter a check or additional check for an employee at any time without running it through QuickBooks.
I dislike the new call any rep. I feel that when it was one-on-one with the rep, the rep knew more about my particular company. That has been lost.
iSolved is much better than ADP or others, as there is a system employees can log into to see all payments. If they are set up for direct deposit, you don't have to print a stub. It saves paper and money.

It was very easy to train over 90 employees on this program, as it was very user-friendly and easy to understand.
I dislike the unknown support of this product. We have had a great implementation team. We are at the point to transition over to regular tech support, which we have not had to use yet, but have heard it's not as good as the implementation team.
Try demos of other software to compare. This was by far the easiest to work through, even with our complex situation.

The Employee Self-Serve portal is so helpful to me as the the single support staff for HR. It allows employees to update their records as well as obtain any HR or corporate documents electronically.
It has taken longer than expected to implement the timecard and payroll integration. This was due primarily to the fact that our company had so many variables in the time reporting feature.
The implementation specialists (SMEs) for this product have been outstanding. These are the individuals that need to ensure that the features you require are available, not the sales rep.
