I thought it was fairly easy to use. The product is not complicated, and I was able to use the tool within two days.
As mentioned, I wish the product had more dynamic features (e.g., social media integration, video conferencing).
Quality is average. It's not the best, but it's certainly not the worst.
Customer support is easy to reach and helpful. The times that I needed assistance, I didn't have to wait on hold too long, and a customer service representative took my call and handled the problem that I experienced diligently.
I've used Kenexa, and I liked it's simplicity. It was fairly easy to use. The communication email template in Kenexa could be sent to multiple candidates, which was great. It was also good to stay on track with the candidate pool. I would recommend Kenexa to midsize corporations as it is a decent Applicant tracking system.
Slow processing is quite common with Kenexa. There were multiple times where I was logged off and had to sign in again.
In my opinion, Kenexa does not have too many dynamic features. It would help if there was a scheduling tool inside the ATS itself.

The dashboard is easy to use! It's very intuitive and easy to learn.
It's slow and clunky at times, but it works well with our process. It runs reports fast, though.
