It appears to have all components necessary for a complete time and attendance package. Scheduling is the only part of the program that hasn't had issues.
They lag in software enhancements. I was told there would be a mobile ap for the kiosk when we started using this service and there still is not a year later. Customer service sucks. There is none. When there is a problem you are supposed to e-mail your rep, who generally takes 2-3 days to get back to you. When I have had technical issues the normal wait time is well over 25 minutes.
Unless you have time to waste look at other products. The time spent dealing with the quirks of the program are not worth it.

If you have a small group (less than 100employees)and have one person does payroll from beginning to the end, this is the right software.
there is no integration between PAYCHEX FLEX people(payroll program) and STRATUSTIME. they told us beginning of last year but it still did not put together yet. We are still waiting for them to do this. until integration, we have to do some manual jobs.
ADP. I have used this ADP for past 10 years and we changed it to PAYCHEX which we should not..

What's best is that this product is easy to log in and the design is pretty.
First, the names of employees does not sort in alphabetical order, it's difficult to input information and auto-saves without having time to review, and there are a bunch of options listed with similar functions.
Try a demo, ask for specific services, and double confirm if whatever service you're looking for actually works.

I dislike how comp time is transferred. It seems to be confusing for clients.
