Payroll Mate is an on-premise payroll management solution designed for small and midsize companies. It helps users automatically calculate federal and state payroll taxes.
The software also supports multiple pay-frequencies (bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly pays) and payroll formats (e.g., regular salary, hourly pay, overtime pay and bonuses).
Payroll Mate allows users to calculate and track vacation and sick time and use this information to determine monthly pay for employees. Users can export employee payroll data to a third-party accounting solution (such as QuickBooks and Sage 50) so users can prepare general ledger and other financial reports.
The reporting module of the software allows users to prepare elaborate employee payroll reports, such as state taxation reports, employee earnings, tax liability and journal reports that help enterprises make informed decisions regarding employee payroll handling processes.
