SchoolKeep is a cloud-based learning management platform that helps companies direct their internal, customer, and channel partner training processes.
SchoolKeep’s online course creation feature allows users to develop self-paced courses, embed surveys, assignments, and other forms of multimedia, and develop discussion boards and quizzes. Businesses can brand every element of their online training courses via the software’s white-labeling options and site editor. The reporting module allows trainers to see the progress of each learner, gain access to sales data reporting, and see what they can do to improve the content of their curricula, and teams of trainers and learners can be managed within the same platform. In addition, the eCommerce tool helps users promote lessons to internal teams and sell training content.
The program can be accessed on mobile devices, benefits from instant automatic upgrades, and integrates with third-party systems, including Google Analytics, PayPal, Stripe, and MailChimp.

Simplicity, user-friendly, new releases and functionnalities really often
Support center still too light, lack of content on the different sections
Take the time to check every functions YOU NEED, and try to evaluate if the developing team is available for any new development

As SchoolKeep launched, the ability to speak to a 'live' person was great. All my questions were answered and my suggestions were addressed. I had many online learning platforms to choose for my business but decided to use SchoolKeep because of their customer service and their initial pricing model.
Changes in their pricing model. As a small business owner, their pricing model seemed to be one of nickel and diming. For example, in order to download students' emails, I had to upgrade to a paid plan. Their free plan was too limited and too restrictive for my business. I finally closed down my online school on SchoolKeep and decided to look elsewhere. My school's current platform offers many more services on a free plan than SchoolKeep ever did. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed.
I don't see an ongoing support system for their instructors. Last time I checked, April 2015, their dedicated Facebook group had closed.
There are MANY online platforms for online training courses. I would advise to look at other sites including Fedora, Zeniler, and Thinkific. The 'ease' of creating online courses is becoming very streamlined. In order to make a competivie edge in today's market, services offered to course creators should be avaliable not restrictive.
