SoftTime Online features customizable reporting and exporting, giving organizations insight into their employee’s attendance patterns, as well as wages, shifts, and time off. The software automatically calculates accruals, carry over expirations, and allowances. The employee self-service portal provides real time access to individuals’ absence records and PTO banks, as well as allowing them to submit time-off requests directly to their manager’s email for approval. Managers can approve or deny these requests directly from their inbox; no need to login to the system.
Being a cloud-based system, SoftTime Online is maintenance free with no installation required, and automatic updates included. Users have access to how-to videos for training, and customer support can be reached by phone or email.

We use this software for our attendance management, to track time off. The supervisors and staff find it easy to use and this platform serves our purpose for attendance management only. From and administrator side, customer support be improved greatly.

I was a little leery of changing to the new software but after a very brief adjustment period I found myself loving it. It's drag-and-drop interface is so easy to use compared to the older software we were using and has cut down on conflicts and wrongly entered dates. Fairly priced compared to other similar options out there as well.
