TalentHire is a cloud-based recruitment management solution that offers applicant tracking, requisition management, job posting and on-boarding within a suite. A mobile app is also available for both Android and iOS devices.

TalentHire features requisition management which allows users to create employment requests using customized job forms. Users can also design templates for managing recurring vacancies.

TalentHire also features job posting which allows users to publish their job openings on multiple job boards. Users can send mass messages to the applicants and post jobs on popular social media websites.

The solution offers career portal integration which allows users to add a careers page to their website. The portal pulls data from the TalentHire database to automatically update job openings on the careers page.

The on-boarding functionality of the solution is equipped with an online portal and helps users manage all forms and documents from a centralized location.

Great tool to find all job searches at one place for Recruiters.
Managers can find out activity on resumes
Job Publish is a wonderful function.
check h1b status and getting Labor status are really helpful.
Bench sales people can use it effectively and get the latest status on bench now.

Cons

Bulk email is a tedious task in Ceipal. we need to clean the data ( which needs to buy credits) and then buy additional credits to use the data. this is getting complicated as we need have continuous approvals from accouting team . it can be made easy as a single package.

Weekly and timely reports are available only for recruiting team, it would be helpful if you can add the same to Bench sales as well.

auto- schedule harvesting is missing.

integration of Linkedin RPS really helps too.

Cons

Its still not 100% easy customizable as per our needs.Notes section can't be viewed from job posting. Some of the fields its hard to delete which we don't want.So it will be great if we can customize as per our usage.

As with most software designed for these purposes, Ceipal has something of a learning curve due to the sheer size of it and the number of options available. This means it's not unusual to find some areas of it difficult to navigate, or some tasks within it clunkier than you wish they were. However, I've discovered quickly that when a feature is not designed to work in a way that makes sense for me, it's easily fixable because 1. the system is extremely open to customization on both large and small levels, and 2. customer service is outstanding and responsive. They will quickly and concisely walk you through what you're trying to do, show you how to make the changes you want, and research/respond to functional or technical issues. I've tried several different applicant/ job tracking software products so far and abandoned them all except for this one. The others have quickly been labeled unusable due to features, layouts, etc. being designed in a way that doesn't work for what I'm doing. The level of custom change potential in Ceipal, and the ease of making those changes (so far) means I can just keep adjusting it until it's set up to fit what I need to do. Excellent product.


Pros

Cons

Some areas of navigation are not intuitive. For example, customer support walked me through how to turn off a required text field on a screen, but now that I want to do the same thing on another screen, I cannot find the same area in which to make the change, so will have to speak to them again. I'm sure at some point I'll get through the learning curve and have a good grasp on everything, it's just a bit slow right now.
