From there, Vacancy Filler’s candidate selection module identifies applicants with the required skills for a position, so any user can assess and shortlist candidates. Custom and premade skills-based pre-hire tests and video interviewing functionality can help further trim down candidate lists.
Once decisions have been made, email and SMS integration, along with automated acknowledgements, help keep candidates in the loop. Reporting capabilities allow users to gauge the effectiveness of their hiring process and ensure compliance.
