While many Applicant Tracking systems put a good amount of emphasis on managing resumes and paperwork, VidCruiter takes a completely different approach, revolutionizing the way companies evaluate candidates. By allowing users to watch recorded interviews at their own pace, the system makes the most of the often limited time recruiters have for interviewing candidates and scoring applications.
With VidCruiter, recruiters can decide how many (or how few) questions need to be asked to determine whether or not a candidate is a good fit for a position, and present those questions in each application. From there, applicants can record their answers to each question, allowing recruiters to get the most accurate picture of how applicants present themselves.
Traditional phone interviews, while useful, leave recruiters with only their notes to reference after the call is finished. VidCruiter’s interviews can be replayed as often as needed, so that an applicant’s answers to each question can be properly analyzed. Often, the quality of an applicant can’t always be determined by a resume or application, and VidCruiter does a great job of providing a platform to accurately measure the qualitative data that can be overlooked by more traditional methods.
We like the flexibility of VidCruiter's recorded interviews, and for companies looking to expand internationally, VidCruiter provides an easy way to interview candidates in any time zone. Interviews that catch a recruiter’s eye can be shared with others within the team, and each person evaluating can score and rank the candidate compared to others within the pipeline.

In my last role, I was assigned the not-so-small task of choosing a new video interviewing platform for our 50,000+ organization. Our recruiters source and interview literally hundreds of candidates a day, and with remote working capabilities being more in demand, it no longer makes sense for us to spend the money on flying every candidate in to our home office. I put in months of research, pros and cons comparisons, and cost analyses on every possible video interviewing software available on the internet, and I can honestly say VidCruiter is one of the best out there. I was blown away by the level of detail the demo call went into, and the representative I worked with was able to answer each of my questions, and even circled back on the specific ones he needed to find out more for. The trial period was lengthy and cost-effective, which allowed my managers to take ample time in testing the functionality across multiple groups to ensure it was a best fit. The software itself is amazing, and appears to be limitless in its capability from a UX perspective. Customizable design, easy to work with, security, organization, recovery options if a network connection occurs, you name it--they've got it! We invested in a broader package once we worked with the tool in its entirety, since every recruiter had a great experience working with it and said it came fully equipped with everything they need. My managers and I are very grateful to have come across such a great software, and will continue to invest since it will guaranteed only get better from here! Would highly recommend to any company of any size.

The product is easy to navigate, the orientation/training provided is good and customer support throughout is excellent. And, the product has the capacity to make previously manual tasks (such as contacting references) automated.
I can't think of anything I didn't like about this product and vendor.
Consider both the product and (level of) customer service/support the organization provides.

The customer service was excellent, training was very useful and the software was very user-friendly! It helped our screening process to be more efficient and helped ensure that we made the best selection for interview candidates.
Many functions are grouped together and so they are difficult to navigate. The automatic email feature was not easy to use.
Make use of the 24 hour support. Take the time to explore each of the functions prior to launching the competition.
