WebHR is social human resources software that tracks and assists with the lifecycle of employment from the time an employee is hired, to their retirement. The platform helps bridge the gap between human resources professionals and information technology.

WebHR has a built in messenger and aims to allow users to collaborate and discuss issues surrounding workplace productivity. The software is a multi-user role based system where employees can input their attendance, apply for paid time off, submit reimbursement requests, and even submit their resignation.

The system’s functionalities include personnel tracking, payroll with multi-currency and multi-language support, benefits administration, applicant tracking, applicant sourcing, onboarding, and performance review. With the time and attendance feature managers can track their employees hours and the system integrates with most biometric devices such as finger scanning or card readers.

WebHR is compatible with Mac and Windows operating systems and can be used on a mobile device. The software is deployed through the web so the information can be accessed from anywhere at anytime.

Recommendations

It was helpful to reduce my efforts, Managing my HR records more efficiently and the employees also got a feeling that the HR have a control on them and we are monitoring them.

Pros

I like the way we mark the attendance, approval process for absence, requesting leaves, tracking leave records. The best thing I like about Web HR is the "Time Clock" view, It gives me a birds eye view about my employee's time management.

Cons

Online access to my attendance, leaves and other companies documents.

Pros

The attendance synchronization and organogram is the best feature. It defines the roles of each person and we don't need any manual attendance or leaves approval system.

Cons

This is not favorable for Multinationals, because of their large scale operations. And i think for big size companies who have more than 500 employees they should introduce new packages and features.

Pros

The social activity it provides i.e. personalised messages and group chart for individual departments. Other than that the ease of use and especially the customer service is awesome. They will take away half your work overtime you ask them for help :-)

Cons

HR Database on the home screen shows only the total employees. It should have the option to see the employees there only and not separately in Employee Directory.

The ability to pick the pieces that I need: I like that I can manage my staff's leave requests electronically rather than managing hard copies for their employment records.

Cons

Some of the values in the supervisor reviews do not calculate in the first list - but they do show in the bottom detailed section. As well, I wish that the software would calculate an average of the points from the reviews so I didn't have to do that manually.

We were using a very outdated punch card system for out timekeeping. It made things so difficult when someone punched in or out incorrectly. It is so nice that you can access clocking in/out from the app, easily go in and approve your time and fix corrections, and also makes the employees accountable to ensure their time is correct by sending the approvals.

Pros

I think it is very helpful that the time can be easily fixed if an error occurs with punching in and out. I also love that we can access clocking in and out via the app.

Cons

I think there are aspects that are clunky, for example not being able to use the back button if you click on the wrong page and simply need to go back to the screen prior.

For the past years, we have been using other portals, but they just did not allow all information to be kept in a centralized area until now. WebHR has a wide list of portals which will make the daily workload easier. Keeps you connected with all staff! We do less printing!!!

I have gotten two notifications. I have also checked them many times but the red indication sign have not gone yet.
For few times my leave count showed more than 250.

Suggestions:
1) only that content on main screen should be scrolled upon scrolling which is being updated on daily basis. Side menu, calender, leave summary, scheduler should not move along.
2) color scheme can be better
3) layout could be better i.e menu can be uniform/same in each section.
