BizLibrary is a complete learning solution that combines a Web-based learning management system (LMS) with the BizLibrary Collection of over 10,000 pre-made eLearning video courses. These courses fulfill training needs for things like diversity training, compliance training and a variety of other core training needs.
Taining administrators can host and deliver custom training content, build quizzes and surveys and receive in-depth details about training success through more than 50 standard reports. On the learner side, BizLibrary includes social learning features so users can rate and comment on courses, as well as share them with other users.
The system also uses each learner’s custom profile and topic preferences to recommend specific courses they should take. Certification management and classroom management (both in-person and virtual) are available, along with options to set courses as required learning or open to self-enrollment.
BizLibrary is available to organizations in all industries and includes mobile learning functionality for learners to complete training courses and assessments on the go from a tablet or smartphone device.

Their willingness to work with their clients to reach a compromise.
The reporting capabilities aren't great. There seems to be a disconnect between User Group and Course Group relationships.
Do your research. While BizLibrary does everything well, I don't consider them to be great in any one particular area. Like most LMS providers they're jacks of all trades, but masters of none.

The reps seem to truly care about the clients, and do what they can to give them the best product possible.
The product is not very customizable. Particulary the UX is cumbersome because there are so many options available. Even if you don't need specific buttons/options, they are still shown.
This product is built primarily for companies that have a central HR department that control the onboarding and training. This is a difficulty for companies like a franchise.

BizLibrary gives you a relatively easy to use and fully functional LMS with great content. The staff is always responsive and helpful. If you ask for recommendations they are very helpful. Both their usergroups and annual conference are very good. There is an option to add custom content that allows additional flexibility for my company.
The system will not let you delete anything, which has turned out to be a good thing in the end; but archiving data can be a little cumbersome for occasional users.
Definitely consider BizLibrary if you are looking for and LMS.
