The software's developers have implemented multiple layers of security to ensure that data remains safe. The software was also designed to be customized and modified at the user level.

We have been using bxp for over 6 years and have found the software to be very adaptable to all our requirements over the years. The system is very user friendly but should you have any queries the team at AllnOne are always available to help out. The software is always been updated with new additional tools and modules.

I find the software very easy to use, since starting to use this we have developed a number of our own modules. We have had support from all the staff at every level and they actively seek to help us at every step. The 'never say no' attitude is refreshing and has encouraged us to develop this into every section in the company.

* easy to use (especially if you are not techie)
* adapts to your business needs
* can be customised
* minimum training required for staff
* exceptional assistance from bxp team

Cons:

We used this tool for both front and back office transactions which enables us to assist our customers quicker whilst gathering customer data to build up our database.
