iSpring Learn is a cloud-based e-learning platform that allows companies to host their content, share courses and quizzes and track participants' results. It is well suited for large enterprises.
Users can create interactive e-learning courses using PowerPoint. Users can publish those e-courses on the iSpring LMS website. Users can get an overview of their account from the dashboard, which includes new and popular content, active users and groups, among other information. iSpring supports content including quizzes, simulations, SCORM packages, Flash, video and audio.
The user management system lets administrators set user roles and access levels. The reporting system provides information on each learner’s progress. A learning path feature allows users to create a course by combining multiple lessons or content items. They can set the order of lessons, completion rules for each lesson and other parameters. iSpring offers an e-commerce option if users wish to sell courses they have authored.

I found this amazing when I first started using iSpring Learn in 2010. There seems to be no limit to how much content can be uploaded to iSpring Learn servers. I currently have about 10gb in the system. Other learning management systems I have used charged by the megabyte ¿ combined with number of students

o It goes without saying that students must have consistent access to the eLearning system. I know of only two times during my seven years with iSpring when the system went down.
¿ Single source for authoring (iSpring Suite) and LMS (iSpring Learn)
o Completed PowerPoint presentations and QuizMaker tests can be seamlessly converted and uploaded to iSpring Learn
¿ Unique method of classifying/managing/categorizing users in iSpring Learn
o This feature is extremely important to us. The majority of our users are taking courses from career centers, community colleges, universities, and companies. As such, we do not actually facilitate classes for many of the students using our materials. With iSpring Learn, I set up an ¿Organization¿ for each company and school ¿ and then set up a user from the school who will act as the instructor/facilitator for the class. This person will receive all correspondences (questions, test results, assignments)
eCommerce is limited. iSpring's definition of a "Course" is just about any content item (presentation, reading material, test, assignment, etc.). My "courses" typically have 10 modules and as many as 28 lessons. Each lesson contains about 5 content items. For eCommerce, it would be better to provide access to a full course (by my definition), instead of a single content item.

iSpring Learn gives an administrator all the necessary capabilities for managing content and the learning process. No frills; everything is quite minimalistic but easy, and doesn't require any training to start. The interface is intuitive for both the administrator and the learners.
One of the challenges that I ran into while using iSpring Learn is the process of importing a list of new users from a file. The file should be carefully filled in before importing. I also plan to contact iSpring tech support about filling in custom fields (automatic and manual) in users profiles.
The choice of assessment scenarios is rather limited. I believe the developers should broaden the range and make them more good.
But on the whole, iSpring Learn is a good choice; I recommended it to my colleagues.

Difficult to understand at first. I wanted to create a timeline, but in the program it appeared I had to purchase a subscription. Staff followed up with me though and told me how to use.

I have used iSpring for many years and always come back to it because of the easy to use interface, and awesome features including easy incorporation with power point presentations, quiz maker capabilities, and very easy to upload and manage online.
Sometimes I don't realize that I have to purchase different packages in order to maintain my specific setup. Not necessarily a bad thing, just harder to keep track of renewals, and renewing at different times.

a) sometimes the user activity reports are pulled in a "landscape" layout, rather than portrait; and will waste more paper when printing in landscape. iSpring does not provide a fix on that, we never know what layout the system will choose.
b) Not sure why iSpring provides the option of emailing reports to groups. I accidentally picked a group once and a users training report went to all the people in that group; it was not only embarrassing, but it cause lots of confusion and distrust.
c) I wish iSpring would create a report where we can pull any and all users that have taken a specific training module during a specific time period. We need a report with all user names, date training was taken and their scores.

iSpring Learn is easy to use and master. Interfaces are clear and intuitive. You don't have to have an IT staff to manage and configure the system, and even if your course creators and learners are not tech-savvy, they will start working with it in a snap.
The LMS works extremely fast. I have to mention that our company¿s account is not really big so far, and I do hope the performance will remain the same after we add more users and courses.
Another option which I like is freeform assignments. We were waiting for it to appear, and for us, it's going to be one of the most frequently used features. It'd be great if they could also add a cross-review option to it.
The technical support team is very responsive and professional. They are really eager to help and always deliver fast.
We use iSpring Learn LMS to teach and train our employees across many regions of Russia and neighbouring countries. We prompt learners to provide feedback about using the LMS, and it's entirely positive.
There are still some options missing in the system: a chat, or a message board, personal messages, and a leaderboard where learners can compare their rankings.
It'd also be great to have gamification options. And if the LMS had the means to send data to our business software so that we can measure KPI, we would put this to good use too.
I'd also add these small changes:
A shorter URL. Now, the account address always has the .ispringlearn part, and I'd rather go without it.
Allow admins to see learners passwords
In Learning Paths, allow admins to assign the chapter numbers manually
The option to replace a content item with a new one while keeping statistics. For us, it'd be a life saver, because we deal with regulations that change quite often, and have to constantly update courses.
I'd also offer some improvements for dialogue simulations, but maybe I'm just not fully aware of how it works, as I'm still trying it out.

We¿ve decided to launch eLearning process in our Company with iSpring Learn LMS.
Choosing the right Learning Management System took us a while, as we wanted to be aware of all ¿pros¿ and ¿cons¿. We really liked user-friendly interface, user portal simplicity and that it has a variety of features that were offered by iSpring!
The color scheme in the settings allowed us to quickly create a corporate design for our LMS account.
Of course, we¿ve come up with some questions and also had some issues during our experience with iSpring Learn. There¿s a Knowledge Base on the website, which has the essential information, however, sometimes it needs to be more specific. However, customer service is makes that easier: technical support specialists are always ready to help, and they promptly reply to any customer queries!
We feel that iSpring is going in the right direction: they consider the requests of their customers, improving the software and widening the features! Of course, some of the issues cannot be fixed immediately and it might take some time; or, for example, sometimes you feel like you need some more options or tools. Not everything, but there are features which are implemented by Developers Team! Our company is only in the beginning of eLearning path: we¿ve recently launched it, and iSpring Learn has been a good way to start it with!

I tested iSpring Learn for the development of a prototypic web based learning environment of a preparatory course for the seminar "Presentation and Slide Writing" at the University of Regensburg. For the creating of the learning modules I used iSpring Suite which integrates in Microsoft PowerPoint. Existing Slides were enhenced with several types of media and then uploaded to iSpring Learn. Then the modules, other learning materials and quizzes were combined with the learningpath feature within a few minutes.
The plattform itself is very clean and apealing for the learner and the administration is intuitive (in comparison to moodle). The process of the learners can easily been followed by the extensive report functionality.
In the process of setting up the course the support at iSpring Solutions was fast and helpful (chat, email and bulletin boards).

We use iSpring tools when working with children and in order to carry out 2 learning programs: ¿Preparing for the Unified State Exam¿ and ¿Preparing for the Economics Competitions.¿ We conduct both synchronous training using iSpring¿s webinars and asynchronous training using the combo of iSpring Suite and iSpring LMS. Above all, we were attracted to iSpring by its convenience and ease of use: it is very simple to work with for both tutors and learners. We also love the system¿s cross-platform compatibility and the capability to take courses on computers, tablets, and smartphones. iSpring software allows us to hold top-level classes, which help our learners win first places in competitions and get highest scores at exams.
We would be happy if the tool was compatible with 3rd-party CRM systems and featured an interactive board in the webinar section.
I have and will recommend the tool to my colleagues willing to establish an effective learning process.

We use iSpring Suite to develop e-Learning courses. Right now we use iSpring Learn to demonstrate the benefits of e-Learning courses and the use of a LMS such as iSpring Learn. We really like iSpring Learn because it offers all the essential features of a LMS, but also because it is an affordable and easy-to-use solution. We are going to use it to sell e-Learning courses in the near future.
What we really like is that you don't need to be an expert to set iSpring Learn. From the Settings tab, you can configure the account, branding, backend and frontend, as well as the e-commerce feature. You can also set your PayPal account to receive payment. Another key point is that the user portal can be localized. That's really easy! You just need to edit the CSV-file (to translate the strings in your native language) and to import it.
iSpring Learn offers great content management capabilities. The Learning Path feature is an essential feature. It allows you to combine lessons into chapters within the learning path and to set different rules and permissions. If you use iSpring Suite, you don't need to upload your content from iSpring Learn. You can directly publish it from iSpring Suite which is really convenient.
We found the User Management very easy. It is located in an only one tab (People) and it's where you can add and edit Organizations, Groups and Users.
And iSpring Learn offers a couple of reports about user activity. We can export these reports as Excel files or save them as PDF files.
iSpring Learn is an affordable and easy-to-use solution. You don't need to be an expert to use it and you can set the solution in just a couple of hours! Thus, you can quickly offer e-Learning courses to your customers.
The users can also access to courses on their mobile devices with the app, which is a really great feature.
iSpring Suite is perfectly integrated with iSpring Learn, so you can directly publish your presentations to the LMS. That means time saving.
A couple of great requested enhancements: More customization features for the user portal would be very welcome as well as a sharing desktop/chat feature.
iSpring Learn is an excellent choice for delivering quickly your e-Learning content.

I have been using iSpring to create in house training from PowerPoint for a while now and the response from my clients has been great. We have been hosting on my clients internal servers and the results have been very positive. They recently had request from some of there external partners to make some of the content available and I signed up for the iLearn hosting as a solution . I was able to set up a learning site in a very short time and have it reflect my own Branding and payment options in a surprisingly short time even though I have had little previous exposure to Learning Management systems.
I was impressed that I could just follow the simple steps outlined to have a fully functional Learning Management site up and running in such a short time. I am a very small operation and iSpring Learn let me present a professional interface and keep my attantion on my main business of developing content .
Since I have only been using for a short while many of my questions are more likely because I was focused on just getting up and running and have not had the time ( or happily the need ) to dig into the capabilities a lot just yet.
