Lesson.ly is the tool that I was on-boarded with at my current Job. This product is leaps and bounds ahead of my last employers in house software. It's easy to customize to your teams needs and specifications!
Lesson.ly has been our teams go to software since last year. It's a very quick way to make sure you cover all the training topics and knowledge that someone on your team needs to learn. You don't have to fear that someone wasn't trained on something because Lesson.ly let's create the training sessions as tasks to be completed. You even have the option to quiz your employees to make sure they retained the knowledge.
I personally like the reminders that I get when we launch a new product that I need to learn how to support. Even though I've been here for almost a year, we continue to broaden our product, thus needing educate our teams on the new features!
There isn't much to not like about Lesson.ly. While taking the courses our team put together, I did feel that it was a bit tedious. It's important for a team to realize that hands on training will always be the best way to get someone up and running with the knowledge they are trying to learn. Lesson.ly is great for managing that training process.
I wish Lesson.ly synced with a calendar app to set training/shadowing times for employees. That would be cool!
The layout is a bit dry as far as visualization goes. It's not super fancy in design, but gets the job done.
Make sure you get something that has a very versatile platform! Lesson.ly allows for you to add in videos and quizzes, which is a huge bonus.
Lesson.ly works well for our teams training needs.
