PALs Executive Software


 

PALs Executive by PALs Software is an electronic health records (EHR) solution for assisted living providers. A cloud-based system, PALs includes marketing and billing applications, and software updates, training and phone or email support are provided free of charge.

This software allows users to enter, store and print residents’ medication administration records. It also creates digital care plans and health assessments. A number of marketing tools can be used to track prospective residents based on the phase of the move-in process they are in (e.g., inquiry, tour, negotiation or decision).

When it comes to financial automation, PALs Executive generates resident statements summarizing past charges and payments, in addition to listing any balances due.

Other notable functions include an activity planning tool that allows users to create a calendar documenting resident participation in facility events (e.g., classes or games). There is also a building maintenance module that provides work order documentation and preventive maintenance scheduling.
