Shopfloor-Online by Lighthouse Systems is a flexible web-based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that provides complete, real-time visibility of every facet of the manufacturing environment. With Shopfloor-Online, manufacturers have a nimble, cost-effective solution that streamlines Manufacturing Operations Management, reducing downtime and increasing quality, performance and compliance.
Shopfloor-Online can be configured to meet the unique requirements of each customer, ensuring that critical operations data is easily available to any user that needs it across the organization. This is especially useful for manufacturers looking to take a step-by-step approach to implementing an MES. The software was also designed to make the most of leading web-based technologies; it fits into your existing IT infrastructure and other applications seamlessly.

How easy it is to adapt to your process. Easy to read information and easy to distribute. All information is accessible in one area and very well displayed.
No real negatives. The vendor is very easy to deal with. From a product perspective, it can become costly to build the bespoke package for your process.
Ensure you map everything out during initial discussions and have the information for the equipment/processes you need to integrate. If you cover everything you need, it will make the package easier to build and work smoother in transition.
