Iterable is a growth marketing automation platform that provides multi-channel user engagement campaign management functionality based on dynamic workflows.
With Iterable, users can create unlimited segments based on any criteria or activity and convert segments into static lists or real-time, dynamic lists that update automatically.
Users can also send targeted, blast or triggered email campaigns, mobile push notifications and SMS based on website, app or past campaign customer behavior. In addition, users can preview marketing messages on various email clients and devices, or as a specific user.
The Workflow Designer lets users build workflows without code. These workflows can be used to introduce actions and delays, run filters, trigger other workflows and conduct experiments and A/B tests.
Iterable also offers users access to a dedicated account manager who specializes in growth marketing and 24/7 support via chat, phone or email.

It integrates easily with Wordpress, which makes it easy for emails acquired through a WordPress form to automatically connect to a list in Iterable. The customer service is very reliable. Downloading email analytics to CSVs have a nice custom date range option and can filter what type of campaigns you want to show up on the export
I haven't run into too much. It take a while to really understand how to fully use it, but once you learn it, you realize how easy it is to navigate the tool.
Perhaps a more accurate integration with donation tracking platforms like stripe would be cool and easier for donation tracking purposes to specific emails sent.

The user interface is very clean and easy to use. The support staff is always there to help when I need it!
Honestly, there are very few issues that we've experienced. Maybe developing more of a robust mobile app, but that's it.
