REACH Media Network offers digital signage solutions that help display announcements, news feeds, schedules, sports scores, social media feeds and other information directly onto digital signage boards in real-time.

REACH helps users customize their signage according to their brand standards, and the solution offers a variety of templates and widget options to display and deliver information. It can integrate with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, RSS feeds and live TV, among others.

REACH supports multiple display options including full-screen announcements, portrait or landscape displays and vertical-screen announcements. It can either be installed on-premises or be hosted in the cloud and can integrate with other third-party software as well.

REACH Media Network also offers services such as menu boards, web calendars, room schedulers and video walls.

Our digital information display board has been a blessing! Our patrons and daily visitors love to see the exciting things we display as well as easy access to important information. The team working with us has been amazing! Always quick to respond and super helpful. I would definitely recommend REACH Media to any one looking for digital displays.

Pros

Ease of use. Visually pleasing.

Cons

The scrolling daily schedule events fall off after they are over for the day. Our patrons like to see all of the classes in a specific day so they can plan for the next week.

We did a lot of research and there isn't any software that comes close to REACH. Whether it be our church planter, widow or orphan sponsorships to our various projects, REACH has been able to help us advance our program and communicate with donors online professionally and in a timely manner. Not only that, they offer peer to peer fundraising, campaign management and a simple shopping experience.

Our internal team: Historically, our team members had to have an intermediate level of understanding of inDesign, our database, Photoshop, HTML, Excel, Word (merge), and Lightroom. REACH's simple interface allows us to do all of our communication, edits and merges inside the tool quickly and professionally. We are also able to give or restrict user permissions to keep usability simple for a variety of team members. Team members can post information to an online sponsorship, supporter or project and/or create attractive pdfs to send to donors.

Donor Relations: Our donors love that they have 24/7 access to their sponsorships or projects and are able to adjust their donations as needed.

Customer Service: REACH's customer service is excellent. Not only have they resolved any challenges quickly, but they have really listened to us and other customers to improve their tool. Our experience has been the owner of the company has field experience along with a grasp on current/leading technologies that has allowed him to create a tool that really helps the nonprofit in a cost effective way.

We needed to update our digital signage for multiple car dealerships and, after doing much research, I discovered Reach Media. They have been exceptional in their initial presentations and price, subsequent installs, technical support, training, and fielded many questions with a great attitude. The solution has an easy interface and it's super easy to upload videos or graphics to our various TVs at our different locations. Thanks so much for a great job!

I truly love this software. The customer support is excellent, friendly and timely. The convenience of being able to schedule posts in advance has been a HUGE time saver for me. It was very simple and quick to learn how to use the software.

Thank God Reach came into my life this year! My support of our former digital signage platform on Four Winds was a runaway train that required multiple people in my department to support. Now with Reach I spend about 15 minutes a month talking to some of our digital signage customers thanks to Reach handling all the heavy lifting. Plus their easy to use Content Management Application along with their constant drive to serve and please their customers has made this service an win-win for me and the University as a whole. Plus they are extremely cost-competitive which made it a no brainer for us to switch to their platform. Thanks very much to all at Reach Media Network!

Pros

Easy to use, great web interface and easy to get up and running in a short time

Cons

They still have a ways to go with the user self-service features but they provide such excellent service, most customers just rely on Reach to handle it.

We LOVE the REACH software at our recreation center. Our only issue with it is we've had to reset our PC numerous times over the past few years because the screens haven't appeared like they should. But, whenever we have a problem, the support team is very quick at responding and fixing the problem!

Pros

I like that you can update the information from any computer as long as there is internet connection.

Cons

Our seems to lose internet connection a lot, so we have the reset the system quite frequently. That could be a problem on our end though.

REACH Media offers a wonderful product for public agencies. The staff is easy to work with and helped us create a template that would fit our branding. The software is cloud based so it is convenient to use and making updates is simple. We've been able to train multiple staff on the system to help in maintaining correct and current information for our public. Staff and visitors have been impressed with the displays we have installed in three of our buildings and they are a wonderful addition to our marketing mix.

Pros

Ease of use. Ability to integrate with social media platforms and registration software if we so choose.

Cons

I would like to be able to upload a video directly instead of connecting to YouTube, but overall I really like the system.

Advice to Others

Take the time to create a branded template for your business, it's worth it!

Setting up digital signage in our new building has been an adventure. The REACH team supported me all the way, from learning what options I had, to advising me on how approach my content to make it more effective, through experimenting with different hardware and setups, to developing the final layouts we will be using.

The software itself is very flexible. We've been able to create a setup that will let individual departments manage their own content, while the overall installation is managed centrally.

I am very satisfied with REACH.

We have had similar products in the past for our in house messaging and Reach is by far a superior product for our needs. It is so easy to use that we let every department be in control of their own messaging so the work load doesn't fall on just one person. I also love being able to layout an announcement in another software program that I am more skilled with and drop it right in the Reach program. Plus, the entire Reach team has been great from the word go with cordial and prompt responses to every email or call!

With 1,500 students and a 315,000 square foot building, REACH Digital Media will be one of the best methods we have found to convey information while celebrating our school community. We are in the initial stages of this project, however, we are already receiving favorable reviews from our stakeholders.

When the project is complete, we will have three content streams located on ten monitors throughout our school. Each monitor will display date, time, current weather, scrolling announcements, ticker, twitter feed, daily announcements, and our Staley TV broadcasts. In addition, our digital signage will reach beyond our school walls via our website. http://www.nkcschools.org/page.cfm?p=1516 currently has the scrolling announcements on the front page with the ticker soon to follow.

We couldn't have asked for better customer service and support. Their responsiveness has been top of the line. Updating the digital signage is quick and easy without duplication of effort. Tyler Storm, Brian Rose and the entire team at REACH receive our highest recommendation.

We utilize Reach signage in 3 locations to announce employee and company events. Along with showing photos of our decorating capabilities and projects. Tyler Storm and Kiersten Gibson have worked with us for 2 years. We find this forum to be most effective for the communication between productions and office employees as well as letting our Minneapolis office keep in touch with corporate Ohio office.

-Responsive customer service/troubleshooting
-Prompt onboarding/integration

-End Product is professional looking
-Back end admin site - easy to use/change content
-Integrates with EMS software (another scheduling software with API's) to automatically pull data (no double data entry)

We also pull our social media onto our signage which is a great communication tool for our client. We highly recommend REACH and their products. If there are any shortcomings, Darren & team are working on them (expanding social media tools, closed captioning within videos) but its core functions are superb. Highly Recommend.
