REACH Media Network offers digital signage solutions that help display announcements, news feeds, schedules, sports scores, social media feeds and other information directly onto digital signage boards in real-time.

REACH helps users customize their signage according to their brand standards, and the solution offers a variety of templates and widget options to display and deliver information. It can integrate with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, RSS feeds and live TV, among others.

REACH supports multiple display options including full-screen announcements, portrait or landscape displays and vertical-screen announcements. It can either be installed on-premises or be hosted in the cloud and can integrate with other third-party software as well.

REACH Media Network also offers services such as menu boards, web calendars, room schedulers and video walls.

I really can't think of anything that except for when you share your Facebook posts the content is too small to display on the TVs.

Exposure, information and knowledge for my team and our guests walking through the door. I can stream videos, change content easily and keep the waiting room entertained while they wait !

Pros

Look very professional, great options for layout and animation, and #1 is the customer support. I've never had any major issues but any questions or help I've needed, they were fast and friendly with their response. It's a real person and they are knowledgeable. Quite refreshing.

Cons

nothing. It's just what I wanted. I have no complaints and if there were any, the awesome customer service team would fix them with pace and urgency anyway.

I can control 3 office locations (more if budget would allow) from ANYWHERE on the planet with internet connection. Saves me A LOT of time and mileage not having to take jump drive to each location anymore. KUDOS!

Pros

Really great quality and a great response time to user error questions/concerns. Had a glitch with Rocky Ford machine and they walked me through correcting it...so easy! Had some video loading issues, ended up being my error and slow connection on my end but rep was very patient and genuinely concerned to help me.

Cons

Facebook/Social Media posting never worked out for us. It never looked good. If you could figure out how to make it look like FB/SM actual posts that would be fantastic.
Stock Images/Art are a bit limited, but easy enough to Google and upload needed artwork. Melding the Text/Image overlay options would be great.

Continuously updated announcements. Local control over content.

Pros

REACH Media works with their clients to create unique specific interface that reflects our school. It is easy to use; it can be formatted to fit our purpose and reflect our school.

Cons

There is a learning curve involved. We have 5 screens/monitors. There is no unique naming system for each monitor to use when needing to isolate problems.

Pros

Love to see it live from a distance. It is very attractive in its appearance. The layout is great. Very nice to have the time and the temperature. I love that I can work on it from anywhere and that I am able to search for items online and download them to use. I can work on it from anywhere that I have a computer and the web.

Cons

I wish it would be easier to catalog my entries and get them in a good order. It is difficult to sort through what I have. I would like to use some of them in the future and be able to find them easy.

The software is very easy to learn and the support from the team is wonderful. Training went smooth and was easy to follow. The potential this program has is endless. There is such a wide variety to the stock images available that I am able to make any announcement style I would like. Another aspect that I like about the REACH program is the ability to "work ahead" on items that you would like broadcasted. What I mean by that is the option to set start and finish timelines. I am able to work ahead on different events two or three months ahead of time and then just set the broadcast date and not worry about it. There are many useful options that are attached with this program I however just named a few.

Cons

One thing that can be a bit frustrating is the way Windows updates do not sync with my end of the program. Here is an example of when happens...Windows has an update and when they do my monitor will go down. There is a big blue ribbon across the screen that lets you know you must perform a reboot. Well I am not able to reboot that in house. I have to make a ticket for tech support at REACH to do. Now with that being said the support at REACH responds right away and it doesn't take more than an hour to get things back up and running. The communication on their end is great I know exactly when they get the message and when they fix the issue. So that helps make it a bit less frustrating.

Better communication about what our students are currently working on in the building. We put everything on the signs from band concerts, quilting projects, sporting events, parent teacher conferences, lunch menus. Anything that goes on, we put it onto the signs so that when community members and family members are in the building they can get a pretty accurate and recent picture about what's going on at our school.

Pros

It looks very professional and matches our schools colors and logos perfectly. The social media tie ins are also very nice. The YouTube plugin feature is also so simple it's almost idiot proof. I also love that the entire area can be customized to your liking. The Alert system is also very cool for snow days and delays. The parents really like that one. I also like being able to upload PDF files straight to the signs. We get a lot of clothing order forms that are in PDF, so I just toss those up on the signs and we're good to go.

Cons

The scheduling part is a little bit difficult to work with. We have Rschools and it seems to pull a little bit odd, but that may just be me needing to reach out to Customer support representative a little more. It's easy to get it synced up, but it shows (Home) after every event. Not sure why that is.
Another thing I've found a little odd is that it is sometimes hard to troubleshoot what is on the screen and what you are seeing when you do a preview. For example, if our FB is not working correctly the display will show all black but the preview will still show the content properly.

Time and money savings.

Pros

Ease of use. We were able to pick up the general flow of info pretty simply. Once I had a grasp of it, editing size of rows, columns, and text was a breeze. Sometimes we will have 4-5 items on a section of our menu, other times up to 8-10. Resizing and adjusting on the fly is now second nature. Helps in the odd event we have to 86 an item or discount product to move it out at the end of an event.

Cons

Keeping the time and weather forecast accurate. That being said, that was the only issue I've ever had with the software, and it was related to Windows 10 updates not wanting to cooperate with the Quantum players. It has since been resolved, and is no longer an issue.

It is great for marketing our materials from facilities to programs. The integration with social media and CSI is great!

Pros

It is easy to use and the integration with CSI. I like that we are able to generate revenue from the screens.

Cons

Sometimes the screens go off-line and it can be a pain to re-boot them. Some of the adds that are placed on the TV's do not support the lifestyles we are promoting.

Pros

Fairly simple system to use. It works as it should without issues. Since we have had the system it has never been down. We have used it for emergency alerts and it has worked flawlessly.

Wish that different types of content could be added, although a lot of updates have been made and are being made to make this happen.

I like how easy it is to customize and schedule events and facility reservations. It looks sharp on the monitor especially with social media scrolling in real time.

Cons

I dislike finding and/or creating pictures to fit dimensions that fit the screen. It usually doesn't scale properly and the available stock photo is okay not many options but it's ok
