What we like most about this software is the proprietary application that allows users to send the right message to the right person at the right time. Their intuitive wizard enables users to easily create unique marketing content for email campaigns, surveys, and landing pages. The system also has dynamic alerts to notify your sales team when a target engages with your campaign beyond simply opening an email or visiting a website. We’re particularly fond of SoftVu’s data warehousing capabilities and marketing intelligence reports which help measure campaign effectiveness and provide insight into program ROI.
SoftVu is designed to meet the marketing automation needs of banking, mortgage and financial institutions of all sizes, especially those that have a large quantity of leads with opt-in compliant email addresses. While marketing automation is the core of the product, SoftVu also offers sales automation, customer support, call center and help desk capabilities.
