AirWatch provides mobile device management for a wide variety of devices, including Android, Apple iOS, BlackBerry, Mac OS, Symbian, Windows Mobile, Windows PC/RT and Windows Phone. All enrolled corporate-owned or employee-owned devices are visible and manageable from a single HTML5 Web-based admin console.
Enrollment involves an agent-controlled process that sends the appropriate restrictions, apps and content to users upon activation. Profiles can be assigned based on operating system or device ownership type, and deployed to an organization group, user group or individual users.
Administrators get real-time data on AirWatch dashboards, and can use the central portal, or Hub, to provide customizable data reports. Commands can be sent on-demand to devices requesting information or performing actions. Additionally, companies can send customized messages over-the-air to select devices, device groups or all company devices.
