AntWorks Healthcare offers a suite of server or cloud-based software, including appointment scheduling, electronic health records (EHR), practice management and billing and collection services. All applications are written in .net /recent technology. Their software runs on laptops, iPads and iPhones.
The system comes equipped with a specialty-specific pre-populated clinical knowledgebase and specialty-specific forms that are full customizable. Protocols, health maintenance alerts and preferences by provider automate workflow specifically for individual physicians. Benchmark Clinical also includes a patient portal through which patients can access their medical records, billing statements and appointments.
AntWorks Healthcare EHR version 7 has achieved ONC HIT 2014 Edition complete certification, which designates that the software is capable of supporting eligible providers with meeting the Stage 1 and Stage 2 meaningful use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
AntWorks Healthcare Practice Management Systems works with the EHR to automatically receive and scrub coding information for billing. The Advance Scheduler is an intelligent patient appointment scheduler aimed to organize the front desk processes.
In addition to the Clinical EHR, the system also offers comprehensive revenue cycle management services (billing service) and operates its own claims clearinghouse. Its Practice Management Services allows physicians to outsource the majority of their practice’s financial and administrative processes, including billing and collection services, answering phones, scheduling appointments and core accounting functions. Their Clearinghouse provides electronic claims processing, statement processing and electronic remittance management.

From the very beginning of our search for a new system/software, we were impressed with Benchmark. The customer service is excellent. Our personal experience with our salesperson, Mr. Ben Weaver, was above and beyond the level of customer service that we expect as a consumer. Customer support is just as wonderful. Training was clear and simple. The system is user friendly. Our experience overall has been a pleasant one.
The ease of the software. Customer support is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and responds within minutes.
A cloud based system is great however, computers and wi-fi are not always cooperative. That being said, I would recommend purchasing computers from Benchmark if you are in need of updating those as well.
Compare several cloud based systems. Benchmark offers so much more than we purchased. I believe you will find that Benchmark offers more bang for the buck for lack of a better term.

The product was extremely intuitive and user-friendly. What I really loved the most is the support. Benchmark has an awesome support service; timey response, courteous at all times, helpful to a fault.
Unfortunately I was not with the company long enough to find something that I did not like. I would have been a customer for life if possible.
My recommendation would be that if anyone is considering a software/billing service, they should compare Benchmark to the competition and ask companies that have used your service for their perspective.

Benchmark's customer service is excellent and beyond what we could have hoped for. The EHR itself is intuitive and easy to navigate.
The capacity to retrieve inactive patient data could be better.
We began looking into EHR companies in November of 2014. We narrowed the competition down to 3 by February of 2015 and chose Benchmark as the best of the 3 by March. We began implementation in the summer of 2015 and went live in September 2015.
This is a huge investment that will affect your practice for years to come. It will affect the quality of your practice on multiple levels and is one of the most important business decisions that you will make in the life of your medical practice. This decision will affect every aspect of your medical practice.
1. TAKE YOUR TIME!
2. Start by creating a team of people from your organization made up of physicians, office managers, nurses, technicians and others who will be directly involved in using the software.
3. Make a list of specific needs are by each member of the team and then prioritize the list.
4. Review your top 5 companies online before you contact them and READ THE REVIEWS! Call some of the references personally.
5. Set up demos with each of these top 5 and have all members of the team in attendance.
6. Have the team discuss the demos and give input as to their take on the EHR.
7. Narrow the list to 2 companies and do a second demo with each before making your final decision.

Our company uses this product on a daily basis. It is very easy to use, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our everyday operations rely on this system, and it is used by our whole staff. It is used for our scheduling, processing payments, accounts receivable, and more. I don't know how we would be productive without this system.
If the internet is slow, so is Benchmark. When the product is delayed, it is hard to do anything.
Be open. The staff seems to encourage feedback. I believe the more honest you are, the better outcomes will be.

The windows are easy to transition back and forth from. This makes finding information needed a quick process.
It would be nice to able to view a report in the system without printing it. Some reports can be very lengthy to run when all you might need is the totals page. The return call time from Benchmark support could be faster. It would be nice to be able to cancel your own print job rather than calling Benchmark to put a work order in. This delays work.
Review the ease of use for reporting. Some reporting features do not allow for certain parameters to be listed to narrow down exactly what you are looking for.
