ChartLogic EMR is a completely integrated electronic medical record (EMR) and practice management system. The product is designed to serve a wide range of specialties, but demonstrated particular strength in surgical specialties. These include orthopedics, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, pain management, cardiology, neurology, among others. In addition to specialists in private practice, the product is designed to meet the needs of surgical centers and hospital clinics. Chartlogic serves organizations of all sizes.

The ChartLogic EMR is differentiated by its tightly integrated voice recognition system, PrecisionVoice™, which allows a provider to dictate notes directly into the system. This allows for far more efficient data entry at the point of care and increases the amount of time that a physicians can spend interacting directly with the patient. Meanwhile, ChartLogic’s patient Dashboard is an electronic replacement for paper charts. This dashboard summarizes the most relevant patient information in one single view for the provider. Finally, ChartLogic offers advanced clinical decision support capabilities through its Diagnosis Director™ module. This capability generates a customized treatment plan, orders, and patient education materials based on the diagnosis entered by the physician.

ChartLogic EMR was the first complete ambulatory EMR to be certified for meaningful use under the ARRA EMR stimulus program. While other EMRs have since been certified, this distinction is evidence of the broad and deep feature set available with the ChartLogic EMR.
