ChartLogic iAchieve is a completely web-based and on-demand electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system with an intuitive, browser-based user interface.  The system is completely integrated, such that there is a single database for clinical, financial and administrative functions.

ChartLogic iAchieve’s EHR consists of five primary modules: a patient dashboard, charting, e-prescribing, order management and messaging, and reporting. The dashboard provides an intuitive and comprehensive summary of the patient. Charting allows the provider to input clinical information and the point of care, while the system generates necessary clinical documentation. E-prescribing allows the physician to submit a prescription to the pharmacy directly from the system. The system will check for dosages, dangerous interactions, contraindications, and duplication of therapy. The orders and messaging module manages all orders and correspondence related to the patient visit including referral letters, lab orders, imaging orders, and work or school notes. Finally, the reporting module enables users to generate powerful, detailed reports, including those required for clinical trials and outcomes studies.

ChartLogic iAchieve’s practice management applications automate patient registration, scheduling and medical billing. An automatic validation process checks each claims for accuracy throughout the process to ensure that all information is present and accurate. The scheduling application is highly flexible so that organizations can schedule multiple resources, providers and locations.
