Overall, I find EHR Your Way to be easy to use, and it makes my life easier because of the reminders and shortcuts it has built in.

As a therapist, I find that its really quick and easy to write up my notes, keep documents organized and keep my treatment plans up to date because they give note and treatment plan reminders. I also like that your calendar is color coordinated so its super easy to tell which appointments are in person, online, new patients vs. existing, etc. Patients also give positive feedback about getting appointment reminders.

I do wish EHR Your Way gave reminders for when to readminister outcome measures in the same way that it gives reminders for outstanding notes and treatment plans. That would make it even better.

My overall experience is good it does a good job with organizing all the documents and labeling them. The process to complete tasks are quicker and smoother through the online service EHR

That it makes charting way quicker than having to write it. The load up is quick and easy to navigate Easy to read tabs

I don't like when it will randomly stop working

I enjoy the different color coded biling information

There are too many clicks in order to do certain things. The amount of buffer times are way to high. there are many unnecessary features. The lack of ability for admin to correct issues is horrible.

It's been great. No complaints. Customer service is top notch.

Ease of use for therapists, google calendar compatibility, billing management is great, charting is simple and makes logical sense.

Sometimes the system has too many options for staff. Me, as a super user it is great, but sometimes staff can get overwhelmed with all the options and get lost trying to accomplish one thing.

I like how easily accessible all the features are. The most user friendly electronic chart system I have ever used. I highly recommended it!

I can't think of any cons. If it was possible and HIPAA allowed, I would love for it to write my notes for me lol
