NextStep is intuitive, and there are instructions on every screen. Their staff is always quick to respond to any emails and always willing to talk on the phone. I've never even had to wait for a call back!
Between the treatment plan template and the dynamic form builder, we have been able to find a solution for any scenario that has arisen.
In a couple of instances, I have found minor faults in the software. Upon contacting the company, they actually resolved the issues within the same day! I've never heard of a company that does that.
This support can't be beat. You are actually able to talk to one of the developers more often than not, and they are friendly and helpful.
NextStep is easy to use, and it takes very little time to create a thorough treatment plan for my clients. The staff are exceptional in their support of the product and always timely in response to support inquiries. The system is extremely flexible and has met the multitude of our needs!
It doesn't write my treatment plans for me! I hear they are developing a feature to do so in the near future.
When evaluating software to determine if it is right for your organization, make sure it is flexible enough to accommodate your needs and that the vendor is willing to work with you. It has been my experience that some companies are excellent throughout the sales process but much less so once you've signed up for service.
