RxNT offers a suite of cloud-based solutions including RxNT|EHR, RxNT|eRx, and RxNT|PM. The three products are available for purchase in standalone form or within an integrated suite. They are accessible on any connected mobile device or web browser.

Within RxNT, users gain access to three different components to help them run their practices. RxNT|PM is ICD-10 compliant practice management tool that helps practices manage revenue, control medical billing and collections, and schedule patients across multiple locations.

Mobile iPad check-in options allow users to send patient reminders and check for insurance eligibility.

The RxNT|PM dashboard displays ways to access aging snapshots, practice-specific alerts and provider payments/charges snapshots. RxNT|EHR is ONC-certified and fully integrates with RxNT|PM.

This solution includes a customizable patient encounter module and allows users to electronically view and order lab testing and results. Additionally, the RxNT|eRx tool allows prescribers to issue scripts from mobile devices and web browsers.

Recommendations

We work with Enclara Pharmacia and have found that the interface between the two is remarkable. We call in the med orders to Enclara and they appear within minutes at RxNT so we can easily e-prescribe to a local pharmacy quickly.

the trainer and training experience. She was always very nice and very accommodating above and beyond.

inconsistencies in what we were told and then what happens when company changes things internally. They still seem to be in the early stages of this product and are still making lots of changes. Not enough referrals provided.

Recommendations

Offer more references for referrals. Remain consistent is what is offered and then delivered. Establish implementation timelines in writing. Need more written contracting agreements in place that outline the details of what is being purchased.

The app is great and setting up for staff to help input information is also easy. When I did run into problems, customer support was able to sort them out quickly.

My Issues are always addressed and take care of satisfactory on a timely manner. If a problem can not be fixed right away I am kept informed of the status regularly.

Small issued that have arisen with updates. Small errors that have from time to time occurred after an update, D.O.B date changes on encounters, Typing slowness on History of Present Illness page in the encounters. etc..

Be patient, No issue is too great that it can not be solved by the Team of developers at RxNT! And their customer support is TOP NOTCH!
I have always had a positive experience with both service and the developers, everyone is friendly and eager to correct the probems that may have arisen as soon as possible and with accuracy.

When functions stop working (like when searching for patient records to merge, I can no longer just hit the enter key, I have to press the search button).

Also, it is difficult to cover for other providers when they are on vacation using EPCS. I don't want to change the attending physician's name (because the pharmacy will start sending me refill requests) so I don't want to do it under my account with my EPCS fob, but unless I pay for a separate EPCS when I am in a supportive role, I can't refill someone else's controlled substances.

Recommendations

I only wanted electronic prescriptions. These days, it has to be an integrated solution with electronic health records and practice management. You are going in the correct direction providing these services.

I love how easy it is to use. Also, the surescripts platform allows you to send prescription to many pharmacies. Best of all is the staff! We had a limited time frame to implement this and they were wonderful! They were so patient and helpful with our team!
